Short Bio

I'm currently a computer science Ph.D. student working at Geometry Systems Laboratory, ASU, supervised by Prof. Yalin Wang. Prior to this, I got my master degree in biomedical engineering from UESTC (2014) working with Prof. Tianzi Jiang

My research interests include Computer Vision and Graphics, Geometric Analysis and Machine Learning. In particular, I've done researches on shape analysis (surface & volume), network topology (brain networks), and multimodal fusion of brain neuroimaging data. Currently, I am working on deep learning models to empower geometry and topology study, e.g. Geometric Deep Learning, based on both extrinsic and intrinsic properties of multimodal brain MRI data.
